Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive in email from us with a tracking number
Please note: if the tracking number isn't working right away, check back in a few hours as it may take some time for the system to update.
Shipping time and rates will be generated at checkout, based on location and weight.
Our order processing begins so quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made in time.
Once an order has been processed, modification's or cancellations are no longer possible. However feel free to contact our Customer Service team at support@sunglassesonline.ca
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To begin the process, please ship your order back to our office using the courier of your choice. Once we receive your package and confirm that the items are in perfect condition, we’ll issue your refund or complete your exchange.
Please ensure that all products are returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Include a note inside the package with the following details:
Indicate whether it’s a Return or Exchange (and specify the new model, if applicable)
Your Full Name:
Your Order Number:
Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, all shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and attach a photo of the product along with a photo of the inside temple showing the serial number.
If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 1 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
You can check the measurements of a specific product in the description section of its product page.
We recommend:
Cleaning them with a soft cloth and always use the provided case to carry them.
Keep them away from direct light sources for a long period.
It is preferable not to leave the glasses upside down nor to drag them on hard surfaces, as this may scratch the lenses.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Please note that warranty terms and duration vary depending on the brand available at Sunglasses Online.
Each brand provides coverage for manufacturing defects only, such as issues with frame construction or soldering points. Normal wear and tear including scratched or broken lenses, accidental damage, or misuse is not covered under warranty.
To request warranty service, please contact our Customer Service team, providing the following:
A description of the defect
Proof of purchase
A photo of the product clearly showing the issue
Spexville reserves the right to decline free warranty service if the required documents are missing, incomplete, or illegible.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Loss, theft, fire, water damage, or damage caused by natural disasters.
Breakage or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, accidents, or impact (including knocks, crushing, dents, or broken lenses).
Normal wear and tear, including consumable components that naturally require replacement over time.

To help us resolve your case as quickly as possible, include the following in your email:
Your order number
A photo of the product showing the defect
A photo of the back of the box with the label visible
A photo of the temple showing the product’s serial number

The three most common reasons a payment may be declined are:
Insufficient funds – Ensure there are enough funds in your account to complete the purchase.
Card issued from another country – Confirm that your card is issued in the same country where you’re making the purchase.
Bank security blocks – Your bank may have blocked the payment for security reasons; contact them to authorize the transaction.
The total amount of your order will be charged once your payment has been successfully processed and approved.
If payment is not received after processing, Sunglasses Online reserves the right to cancel your order automatically and without prior notice.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or read again.
Discounts are only valid for orders placed through our official website and are available for a limited time.
