● Spexville (“we,” “our,” “us”) sells eyewear products, including our in-house brands and designer brands.

2. Products & Availability

● We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without notice.
● Product availability may vary, and items may be discontinued at any time.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

● All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
● Taxes will be applied according to federal and provincial requirements.
● We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
● Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.

 

4. Orders & Shipping

● Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion.

● Risk of loss or damage to items passes to you once the order is delivered.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

● Our Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms. Please review it before making a purchase.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

● We carry both Spexville’s in-house brands and third-party designer brands. All third-party trademarks, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners.
● Our Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by these external sites.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

● To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Spexville will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.
● Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

 

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

● Except as required by law, we provide our products and Site “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
● Some provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

 

10. Governing Law

● These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
● Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made through our official website: www.spexville.com

Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, products must be:

● Unused and in original condition.

● Returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

● Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To begin, please complete the return form found under Help → Changes & Returns on our website. After submission, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed. Please note: returns sent without completing this form in advance will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping items back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

● If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping fees.

● However, return shipping costs themselves are non-refundable.
Promotional Purchases

Items bought during special promotions or discounted sales follow the same general return policy, with the following adjustments:

● 2-for-1 Promotion: Returning one item only will result in a refund of 50% of the total paid (excluding shipping).

● “Spexville Deal” Promotion (1 pair at price X / 2 pairs at price Y): If you return one pair, you will be refunded the price difference between the two-pair bundle and the cost of a single pair.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, notify us within 14 days via the returns form on our website (Help → Changes & Returns). We will review your case and provide the appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

● Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

● Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
